Acceptance of these terms

By using Rudra.exchange you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

These terms can change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the interface after an update means you accept the updated terms.

What Rudra is

Rudra.exchange is operated by Rudra Exchange Inc ("Rudra"). Rudra is a non-custodial interface to the public Stellar network. It is not an exchange operator, broker or custodian, and it does not operate the Stellar network.

  • Transactions are prepared in your browser and signed by your own wallet or key.
  • Signed transactions are submitted to the public Stellar network, where they are generally irreversible once confirmed.
  • Rudra never holds your assets or your keys, and it cannot reverse, cancel or recover a confirmed transaction.
  • Some market-data requests pass through Rudra's servers for speed and reliability. They read public network data and cannot move funds.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of Rudra is legal where you live, and for any taxes and reporting that apply to you. Digital assets may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction.

  • Keep your secret key, recovery phrase and signing devices secure.
  • Before you sign, check the destination, asset code, issuer, amount and network yourself.
  • You are responsible for every action taken from your devices and accounts.

Listings, prices and quotes are information only

Rudra does not endorse any asset on the Stellar network. A listing is not a recommendation, due diligence or a promise that an asset can be redeemed.

Prices, volumes, dollar values, swap estimates and price-impact figures are estimates built from market data that can be delayed, incomplete or manipulated. In a swap, the amount you receive is set by the network when the transaction settles, within the slippage limit you choose. See the Listing Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

RUDRA token

RUDRA is a utility token for access to the Rudra ecosystem and its features on Stellar. It is not a security, investment contract or financial instrument, and it gives no ownership, equity or claim on profits. See Tokenomics for its on-chain details.

Prohibited use

You may not use Rudra to:

  • break any law, or evade sanctions or other legal restrictions;
  • commit fraud, impersonate others or mislead other users;
  • manipulate markets, for example through wash trading or spoofed orders;
  • attack, overload or probe the interface or its infrastructure. Report vulnerabilities through the Security page instead.

Rudra may restrict access where the law, sanctions, abuse controls or its infrastructure providers require it. See the Compliance Hub.

Changes and availability

Features can change, be paused or be removed at any time, and some may be experimental. The interface or the public infrastructure it depends on may be unavailable without notice.

Open-source components

Rudra includes software derived from StellarTerm and other components licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The applicable notices and the full license are listed on the Transparency page.

Disclaimer of warranties

Rudra is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudra Exchange Inc and Rudra's contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface, including losses caused by third-party infrastructure, token issuers, protocol or network issues, failed or delayed transactions, incorrect data or market movements.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Rudra and how it is used.
